The Michigan Historic Preservation Network invests in historic rehabilitation projects to aid in their financial viability and ensure that the projects are developed and managed according to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standard for Rehabilitation. MHPN invests in projects that are expected to receive State Historic Preservation Tax Credits and Michigan Brownfield Tax Credits.
