Rouge Greenway Historic Walking Tour

Join Ian Tomashik of Preservation Dearborn, and Mason Christensen, of the Dearborn Historical Museum, on an exploration of the Rouge Greenway Trail from the DHM’s McFadden Ross House (915 Brady) to the U-M Dearborn campus. Participants will learn about how the Rouge has frequently been rerouted and modified over the years. Furthermore, there will be a deep dive into local rail history, a unique series of farms that existed near the Rouge River, stories of Indian trails, the early history of the Ford Fair Lane property, and more.
